My location is determined incorrectly

Make sure that:

• You granted all required permissions in your system settings.

• The correct region is specified in the Yandex app settings:

  Check the country:

  1. On the Home screen, tap  (profile icon) → App settings → Country of search.
  2. If the country is determined incorrectly, choose the one you need from the list.

  Check the city:

  1. On the Home screen, tap (profile icon) → App settings → City.
  2. If the city is determined incorrectly, choose the one you need from the list.

  If no country and city are specified, they are determined automatically by IP address.

• The app is allowed to access your location.
